Everybody knows that deep altered states can benefit you in lots of amazing and wonderful ways. It can help to...
sharpen your awareness, increase energy and concentration,
make you look and feel more confident, calm, and thus in control,
reduce stress and be more relaxed, therefore enjoy life more,
achieve more mental clarity, better memory and recall,
increase creativity and improve problem-solving abilities
bring your body into balance, improve overall health, normalize blood pressure, etc.
improve your overall physical appearance, skin tone, muscle relaxation, etc.
And the list goes on...
It can also help you to go deeeper... to get in touch with who you really are... to understand yourself, your true purpose, and your life... much better and on a much deeper level. (If you're into that sort of thing. ;-)
But... there's a big problem...
For some reason, most people are still not able to start touching their inner power, continue unleashing their core energy enough to see any benefits, or even figure out what the heck they are supposed to be doing in the first place!
There are a lot of different - and sometimes, conflicting - messages and techniques out there.
And, that can cause a lot of confusion, unanswered questions, and even problems. Problems and questions that make you realize that...
You don't have enough time to center your mind,
You don't have the right location nor privacy,
You don't know how to achieve altered states,
You know how but you're not sure if you are doing it correctly,
You're not sure which technique/method is the best one for YOU,
You are not able to "clear your mind" (no matter what or how long you try,)
You don't know what to expect, or what you should be experiencing during the meditation,
You can't seem to hold your focus (or do the energy ramp up) for too long,
You can't sit still... or your body can't handle the stress, strain, or pain.
... or other such problems and concerns (which are all normal and valid, by the way.)
The problem then gets even worse, because many of the teachers and experts out there are trying to teach you something that they don't even understand themselves, fully.
Yes, unfortunately, many teachers and instructors haven't been able to find that deeper place inside themselves yet. So they are trying to teach and explain something to you that they have never experienced themselves.
It's just like having a blind man trying to explain what the color "red" looks like. But, since he has never seen the color red himself, he can only give you the explanation that somebody else had tried to explain to him.
Therefore, you only get to hear a 'version' of the teaching/instructions after it has gone through many levels of dilution and misinterpretation. (Yes, I know...it's insanity!)
So, how do we solve this problem and put an end to this madness... at least for you and your life?
Well, the first step is to be sure that you're learning from the right person. And, choosing the right person is not just about picking someone with the most years of experience. (Ah, if only it were that easy...)
